The iSOS Emergency Alert App is designed to provide rapid assistance during critical situations, such as fires or medical emergencies, by alerting your designated emergency contacts with your message and current location.

Operational Overview:

1. Registration is required at https://za.isosmobile.com/, where users can configure up to nine personalized responses corresponding to each emergency option. During setup, users specify the contact number to dial when selecting an emergency, along with the mobile number of an emergency responder and a custom message.
2. In an emergency, users simply tap the relevant icon; the app automatically initiates a call to the pre-set number and transmits an SMS containing the personalized message and your current physical location (street address) to the selected responder.
3. The application does not record or activate any further activity related to the call or message beyond these actions.
4. Emergency messages and responder details can be updated at any time by logging into your profile on the website.
